State Bank Of India [SBI] — Sbi platinum card payment problem

Hi.. Sir,
Dhananjay s/o sidramappa, i have received new sbi platinum card,
Card no:[protected], dob:[protected]
They have told service charge per year rs.1599, now they have added extra rs.3400. I have used only rs.200, now they have generated statement is rs.5249. I am unable to pay that amount,
I am calling so many times to sbicard customer care no, its not connecting and its asking register service number, i dont know that number.
Please help me...

Dear Sir

we are requesting to kindly resolve my i have transfer 5000 on dated 05.06.2017 but the amount not credit in beneficiary account.

This is humble request you to resolve it as soon as possible, i have already contact from sbi branch but received any positive response.
