State Bank Of India [SBI] — Sbi uthsav card

An amount of Rs.500/- is balance in my SBI utsav card. but the pass word fortgotten. While resetting the password, my date of birth is coming as 'Invalid date of birth' eventhough filling my correct DOB. What can I do? the card expires on 31/03/2021.
