State Bank Of India [SBI] — scam

Hi sir,

I received call from [protected] on 22nd confirming my sbi card details mentioned calling from sbi credit debit backend team - stating avail voucher to confirm otp from my mobile phone then there was a purchase of rs 7996.00.

When seen purchase made called sbi to block the card and cancel the transaction but unfortunately payment has gone through. I tried calling number to refund the money, she gave another number [protected] person called neha.

Purchase was made in the merchant name - sunshine media.

I tried calling everyday once they picked they said from sbi backend team. Please want to lodge complaint on this and refund the money.

5/08/2017 i booked a ticket with my debit card otp is not generated but money is deducted from my account and ticket was not booked these are the details:

Money while trying to deposit the money in SBI CDM. its showing a error.
