Vadodara southern township sbi brank no one help customer. I was visited for internet banking they just give me kit for netbanking not giving proper instruction that how you can do loging. I do login after 24 hour i wan not able to do loging then monday visit again branch they said try after 24 hour then still not able to do loging as said invalid kit number. This is the 3rd time i was visited my branch and still they didnt tell me whats going wrong and just said try after 24 hour. Its been 2 weeks i still not able to do loging in my internet banking for further transaction. They all have just government job they dont care about customer.
