Updated by jay_jay Again they came to office today 27/09/2017, same kind of discussion went with them. I told them clearly that I lodged a complaint to customer care to change the agency person, awaiting for bank's response.
Same guy told me that it was resolved, no matter where you go, either RBI, High Court, Supreme Court, no one can stop him seems.
Call center people can't solve these things, he is the only person to deal from entire SBI.
I asked him whether they got any calls from official SBI Manager, they told he is the person told them to go and collect the amount.
Requested to share SBI Manager's contact information atleast desk number, they refused to that. They cant share any contact details until unless payment is made.
However, they started same conevrsation to pay the amount on 29/09/2017, it's my dead line, thats what they mentioned.
I agreed to pay on 03/10/2019, rules are not allowing them to wait till 3rd Oct.
Then I told them, will pay on as their wish but not amount that they are demanding, even they are not agreeing to that.
Finally I begged them to wait till deadline to pay the amount...
They gave me clear instructions that I need to give only cash to them not through any bank, payment methods or online, indications from their SBI manager seems.
