State Bank Of India [SBI] — sms alerts deactivation

Address: Jodhpur, Rajasthan

There is sms service activated in my savings account [protected]. I have requested the bank verbally as well as in written on plain paper for deactivation of same since i have very few transactions in the account and i do not want such service.

The bank answered that the service cannot be deactivated. If you want to stop the service, close the account then. They do not provide any form for deactivating it. I do not have net banking for the account.

Solution: since sms service is value added service and not any banking service, customer has an option to choose for such services.
Request you to kindly stop the sms service immediately since i have been already charged many times for the service.

i am working in nigeria and my salary credit in SBI indian account, i am calling to main branch but he not received the my phone also sent the relative but not any satisfactory answer him.

kindly send the SWIFT CODE of Amroha main branch.

I've gotten this msg from am-cbssbi saying some deposit in my account
I don't have any account in SBI.
Kindly look into it and get this resolved.

Iam not able to do online transaction as it shows your card is not registered with verified by visa I tried calling bank several times, I emailed them several times with screenshots attached to it I even changed my card but still they aren't resolving the issue and it's been a year now I have no option
