I went to moradabad head branch today to close my savings account no. [protected].. I went to counter 4 and he said i'll have to deposit my kyc and block my atm card before closing account.. I blocked atm card and mentioned reference number on application and submitted kyc.. Now the trouble begins.. When i was processing through account closer they said i'll have to verify with counter 17&18 and they said there is some kind of system hold on my account and i'll have to write an application and give it to counter 4 and he'll remove hold and i can get payment.. But then i was going between counter 4, 17&18 but none was able to tell me about why that hold was and what i have to do now.. I was in bank today from 11:30 to 2:30 (Lunch time, when whole staff left their chair) with no information.. Tell me what i have to do now and how i can get my money by closing my account..
