State Bank Of India [SBI] — staffs are not work casually

Sir,
I am md. Habibullah c/o md islam and i am an account holder in state bank of india (Bakultala) a/c no is 33xxxxxxx89 ifsc code is sbi n0012424 located at howrah
Before two months ago i submitted my lpg subsidy form and my documents e. G - aadhar card and bank passbook then i don't get any subsudy money in my bank account. Allover i visited to bank at 14th july and meet the manager assistant he told me that next day you will visit there then i shall resolve your problem but today 19th july i visited to bank and he give me time of one month to resolve this matter
I request you to kindly take any action against sbi staffs
