I had recently cancelled my E-tickets on 12 April 2018 PNR no. [protected] booked on 18 Jan 2018 and I did not get any refund yet. I got auto generated refund mail from [protected]@irctc.co.in stated that my refund will be in processing. But it has been already more than 15 days and I did not get any refund yet. So I contacted IRCTC about this issue but they said they had already sent the amount with Transaction ID [protected]. They say contact your bankers for further confirmation. I called several times on SBI customer care number they say they wouldn't do nothing on this. I am completely fadeup with this issue. I need my refund amount back into my account as soon as possible.
