I have ordered a microphone on Amazon and I am not satisfied with the product then I have to return it and ask for the refund. where as Amazon stated that the amount is been refunded into my account and also they had provided me with the transaction detail. State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. May 31, 2021 Updated by Ashok Kumar Banoth What's the use If the issue isn't solved even after posting the complaint here. It's clear that India can never be the country that it aspires to be. I don't think I should continue as an SBI customer anymore.
