Dear sir/madam,

We had sent a registered request to your branch manager, sarai khwaza, mathura road, faridabad on[protected] to close our s. A/c no:[protected] & send the surrendered money through pay order at our residential address.
We got no response & again sent registered reminder on the subject on[protected]. It is deeply regretted that this reminder has also gone without any action.
Now we are compelled to register our complaint on this portal & hope an early action will be taken.
