State Bank Of India [SBI] — Theft / fraud of amount from my account through net banking

My Account No[protected], State Bank Of India, Hadapsar Branch

I am not using netbanking services but my account is debited around Rs. 17000.00 through net banking ( from 20.06.2017 to 30.06.2017 )
On 20.06.2017 amount debited Rs. 9000.00
On 21.06.2017 amount debited Rs. 6000.00
On 01.07.2017 amount debited Rs. 2000.00

I don't know how it is possible to purchase any thing with out OTP
