State Bank Of India [SBI] — Three fraudulent transaction in my credit card [protected]

Sir i have got credit card [protected] received by me on 28th march 2017. On 30th march 2017 there were 3 transactions on my card from mumbai Having transaction no 052831, 051620, 054037 for 5000 each by ideacash. I have not activated my card still there was transaction in the said card. Please help me to reverse the same and get me my money back as the transaction is not performed by me. Dear vhsalphale,

If you have not activated your card but there was some transactions done means you may raise a complaint to SBI Customer care (If there is specific portal for Credit card means you may do complaint in that portal) against your problem. If not settled down after complaint means you may approach the Bank ombudsman who is available for grievances against any bank.
