State Bank Of India [SBI] — Three times apply in atm card but not issue card in my address

I have apply atm card in more time Before 3 months. but not carry in my atm card by some mistakes of bank employees and repeat discuss a problem bank manager and other employee but not responding in my atm card problem. I m Very tired those problem.
Please help me sir.

Deat team i did deposit 25000 thousand in my account on 17/04/2017 but not now redlected yet in my account kindly suggest

Today morning 7:40 am i m deposit Rs 20000 but it shows unsuccessful and money with the cdm machine only and machine no is A[protected]. so what to do now.

I have change my sim and my no. To that of RMN is deferent now. No more information from my account.

So, please help me to know my RMN, so that I can change the RNM to new sim I currently use.

Sir,
My amount 753.32 has been paid to irctc marketplace for TID [protected] for purchase of rail ticket. But irctc issued no ticket. Hence please refund my amount in my SBI buddy wallet.
