Sir,
I am a govt servant and have sb salary account with sbi branch mahaveer market didwana, dist - nagaur (Raj). I want to link my pan no. Agwpr3865n with my sb a/c. I went to sbi branch and stand in queue after queue on two windows for 2 hours, counter no 4th officer did not clear my queue no 095, he gave me cif [protected] and said me that my pan is already link with another sbi account while i had closed that account no. [protected] before 6 month ago.
Sir i am so puzzled. I am in need to deposit above 1lac rupees in my account urgent to clear my given cheque and bank officer not doing my work.
I am a raj. Govt teacher and i have to take another leave to go and have to stand in a long queue for long time in sbi royal market didwana branch to clear that cif [protected].
Sir who is faulty in this matter? An account holder or your bank staff. But i know i have to suffer for a day more and i will. But this is not only my problem, it seems many customer have to face problems of these type.
Hereby you are requested to direct your staff to clear cif for account closing customers.
