Dear sir/mam,
I have some dispute amount which is transact on 11/06/2018 after that i have made a complain in customer care they ask me for some documents and details i have send all the details but they are not giving me proper solutions even their replies are always same respective, i didnt get what they want so i called on customer care so many time but their is no one to listen things even they have grievance redressal but its not working same error its always show "there is some technical issue please contact to customer care". No customer complain email id provided by them. When ever i mail them they always ask for documents which i have already send them.
I am not understanding what type of valid documents theywere asking for, because i have already send all the required documents which they have ask, such as dispute form, merchant prof, transaction date, transaction amount. All those details are already provided by me.
Right now i am already fed up with those things i have already send them details so many times details are given below but no one provide me proper solutions:
