State Bank Of India [SBI] — transaction failed amount debited but not credited

I bearing upi adress [protected]@upi,,,, nrusingha charan sarangi had done a transaction of 10000rs through bhim app on[protected]:49:49) time with reference number[protected] and money has been deducted from my account but not credited to whom i was sending.ac no [protected] state bank of india which debited and beneficiary's account no [protected] state bank of india. Sir please kindly solve the issue.
