I had placed an order of rs. 3117 in flipkart on 8th august 2017, through sbi net banking. The amount got debited but the order was not placed. Sbi said it will take 10 days to resolve the complaint and after 10 days i got an sms that merchant has received the amount. However after confirming with flipkart, they have not received the money.
Contacting sbi on daily basis where the helpline no. Is telling me to send an sms unhappy to [protected]. I get a call where they are giving me a number of bhopal centre and telling me to contact them. They are not picking call. I contacted my branch and they are telling that this is not related to branch transaction so call sbi helpline number. This is going on since many days.
Sbi is not ready to support, they are just transferring calls from one department to another and closing complaints at their end, rather than solving the problem
