State Bank Of India [SBI] — transaction failed but money deducted by sbi debit card

On date 23/09/2017, i used my sbi debit card for making online payment to buy a speaker at flipkart.com of amount rs899 but due to some network problem my speaker was not booked but amount of

But flipkart.com did not receive any payment.
I registered a complaint in sbi office and my complaint status is

And the amount has not been refunded to my account please do the
Needful.
