Dear Sir, Maidam
Hamne apne Jio no. [protected] ko 16.04.2017 ko 408/- se online recharge kiya tha, par mera recharge success nahi hua. Iske liye hamne Jio Customer Care me complain kiya to reply aaya ki aapka recharge nahi hua hai. Aapka transaction failed ho gaya hai. Please mera A/C check kare aur mera ammount refund karne ki kripa kare.
Mera A/C no. [protected] hai aur mera A/c Alambagh, Lucknow branch me hai.

I withdrawed 20000 amount and received 16000 and 4000 has been deducted from my account.And I got an receipt of 20000 I was in a hurry that time when 8 checked later It was less
