State Bank Of India [SBI] — Transaction failure at pnb atm

Dear Sir,

I Susanta Kumar Panigrahy having SB A/c in your Jharpada Branch vide no. [protected] would like request you that on 13.04.17 I have used my ATM card for withdrawal of amount at PNB ATM at Jharpada but unfortunately Rs. 1, 000/- has been debited from my SB A/c without dispense cash from ATM. And the said amount is still not credit in my account. The transaction details are given below :
