State Bank Of India [SBI] — transfer of bank account

Sir i jharmal singh having salary account with sbi cod shakurasti. A number of times i requested the branch to transfer my account to my home branch sbi anandpur sahib. After a long time they finally transferred the account but did not transferred cif number. Now when again the branch approached they say that you contact to a sbi branch which is in jammu kashmir.
