I took an education loan from SBI when I was in college. Now, I have been paying monthly installments to repay the amount. Even sometimes I paid more than what was required to pay. Even than they deducted from my father's SBI account and used it to repay my loan. He is really in need of that money. Who gave them right to deduct amount from someone's account without even contacting the account holder? Is this what your policy of consumer wellbeing? SBI is in public sector for god's sakes. I can not even believe they are behaving like private banks. Even private banks have the courtesy to inform the account holder what is happening in their accounts. I hate these SBI hypocrites. Please someone look into this issue.
