State Bank Of India [SBI] — two emi deducted for one loan account.

I have a car loan with sbi bank. But bank is deducted two emi against that loan. One is emi and other one is ecs. If anyone of them is not paid then bank also deducted a late fees. I already submit a complaint one month ago but still that request is under processing and its a more than month. None of the bank executive called me back. If i am paying my emi regularly than why there is ecs deducted from my account.

Updated by Chan26 I called the customer care centre two times, but first time executive did transfer the call to wrong department and 2nd time while talking they disconnect the call. i have the phone recording with me.
