State Bank Of India [SBI] — Two time they take acs charge to me

I have S B Account No.[protected] with SBi 's CHAKKARAPARAMBU Branch in kerala

The Bank has debited my account for ECS/ACH return charge Rs.287 on (19/02/2017) and atm annual debit card free Rs .115 on (19/02/2017) . they take towise to me

I asked to bank manager but she ingore me .& she did answer my question also she behavior like fish market girl ( i am very sorry to use this sentance but i cannot discribe the lady using this )

please give me a proper answer
