Complaint:
I got my Simply save credit card in Mastercard version not rupay version that I had requested.
Why would that be the case? The reason I ask this question because I specifically spoke to Babitaji at the credit card window and informed her to get my Simply save credit card in RUPAY version only, and reminded her again at multiple times through the entire application process which she had overseen.
I went to sbi branch again and again to get help but Babita ji at credit card window just told that you can call on sbi toll free and submit request. She told me the request number is:[protected] to change my card from Mastercard to rupay.
But I am able to trace the complaint now seems like SBI has closed my request without taking any action on it.
HOW CAN THE LARGEST BANK OF INDIA BE SO INCOMPETENT IN GRIEVANCE RESOLUTIONS?
WHO ARE THE PEOPLE THAT ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR CUSTOMER GRIEVANCE RESOLUTION?
WHY IS SBI GRIEVANCE RESOLUTION MECHANISM SO OPAQUE?
These are important questions and SBI Officials should be held accountable for their lax approach with customers.
I request you to resolve my grievance soon. Your prompt response would be much appreciated.
