Dear sir/madam, I am a SBI savings bank account holder at Phulbani branch, Odisha, bearing A/C No.(details in attached copy) with ATM No.6075 xxxx xxxx 0782. On 03.07.2017, I had made 3 transactions where in one transaction it was not processed properly but the amount Rs. 500/- was deducted as per SMS & accont book statement. I do sincerely approach your good self to refund the unauthorized deducted amount of Rs. 500/- on immediate effect to my savings account.
