State Bank Of India [SBI] — Unauthorized deduction of rs 99/- from sbi in favour bajaj auto

Dear sir/madam

It has come to my notice that rs. 99 has been deducted from my account on[protected] with description as “ to transfer p[protected]tr for ddr bajaj-auto”

To the best of my knowledge i have not carried out / authorized above transaction and the deductions may be reversed immediately.
How can an unknown entity can debit my account with out my permission?

It is requested to carryout thorough investigation of this deduction, and the deducting agency may be reprimanded for such act. The actions may be suitably be informed to the undersigned.
