Dear Sir,
I wish to bring to your kind notice that:
1. My Account in SBI got debited to Rs. 160000 via unauthorized transaction on dtd.28-Apr-2017.
2. I have not done this transaction and debit card was with me.
3. I have not shared any details regarding account with anyone.
4. When I Got the debit SMS, I informed the SBI customer care and got blocked the card and next day I have submitted the written complaint to bank as well police station.
Now bank is refusing to revert money saying that transactions are done with ATM PIN. When I have submitted written complaint to home branch Pushpanjali Enclave, New Delhi, and reference no of given by SBI Customer care as well, Bank assured me that we'll look in to this matter, but more than 5 months have been passed and no revert received as yet from bank.
Therefore I request you to kindly help me in this matter. I would be highly obliged to you for this kind act.
