State Bank Of India [SBI] — unauthorized transactions through debit card cloning

Dear sir/madam,

I am Narender Kaur(Widow) w/o late balvinder singh account holder in SBI bank ac no-[protected] branch code-4846 Debit Card no-[protected]. there were several unauthorized transactions in my account on June 11, 2018 and June 12, 2018 through Debit card cloning. the account through such Nine unauthorized transactions total was Rs 80000.00.
I have immediately blocked my cards and registered the complaint on the toll free number of SBI Complaint(Ticket) number :[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] registered on SBI number and I immediately contact sbi branch raise the written complaint letter to branch manager and alos register a Police complaint (FIR) no- [protected]

I hereby inform and confirm that these transactions have not be done through my card and are fraudulent transactions for which kindly register my complaint. I also inform that this is my hard earned money please reverse these transactions immediately otherwise I have no choice to escalate my complaint to consumer court / higher authorities.FIR and Passbook copy attached in mail.
