Sir. I withdrawed on 12th april/2017an amount of rupees 20, 000/- from sbi atm near guwahati commerce college. But the atm delivered me rs.9500/-insted of 20, 000/-. I immediately informed the matter to sbi, new guwahati branch. Sbi adviced me to lodge a complain on line and written complain to the branch. Accordingly i did so but till date i did not return the money to my account. So i fervently request your honour kindly look into the matter and to receive the due money at an early date. Thanks. Hello...I was withdrawing money at an atm and suddenly electricity gone and atm machine switched off.I have not received any amount from atm but the amount of 10000 got debited from my account.
