State Bank Of India [SBI] — Unidentified UPI transaction from my SBI account

Recently I updated my passbook and found out that I had a UPI transaction of 10000 Rs that was debited from my account on my passbook. I have never installed any UPI app or never logged in anywhere. In addition, I have never shared any of my personnel details like my debit card number and pin with anyone. Passbook entry is of the form: UPI/xxxxxxxxxxxx transfer to xxxxxxxxxxx Can you tell me how this is possible and how someone can create a UPI VPA from my account.
