State Bank Of India [SBI] — unnecessary ecs/ach return charges emi deduction

Address: 26-37, Opp BMC Garden, New Bhoomi Park, Off Marve Road, Jankalyan Nagar, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400095, 400095

I would like to lodge a complaint against sbi branch sbin0016603

I have taken a business loan from lendingkart on march 2018 on wards, now i am facing problems with charges deduction by state bank of india not sure where the gap is when i called lendingkart they are telling to check with bank.

I would like to highlight one thing which i have observed through my bank statement that is lendingkart is sending ecs deductions multiple times to bank and bank is deducting it multiple times.

I already transfer the loan emi amount to lendingkart on 14 of august 2019 of rs 9350 via sbi transfer (Imps reference no[protected] well bank regain deduct the ecs charges on 16 august of rs 1790 and rs 105.04 and on 18 august of rs 484.96, this is now happening every day.
Please refund the amount of rs 1790 + rs 105.04 + rs 484.96= rs 2380

My lendingkart account details as follows:

Working capital loan contract id - lai[protected]
Customer full name - mandeep kumar
Emi amount - rs 8950

When i call the lendingkart about this issue they said that we can't do it anything this is not our concern bank is deducting charges unnecessary you can go and ask the bank we are not responsible for your deduction charges and we are not going to pay for it, when i ask bank guys they said lendingkart sending ecs to us and therefore we are deducting the money
Well, i already had paid the emi amount of rs 9350 to lendingkart on august 14. Both parties lendingkart or sbi is not taking responsibility for deductions.

Please let me know the status or update on this immediately am facing this issue with both lendingkart and sbi bank jankalyan nagar branch. (Mumbai)

Am attaching the proof of deductions for the current month august 2019 again as my emi is deducted just now

Please check all the statements and do the needful
