Starting from sbi (Previous sbm) 6th sector brach manager mr. Balasubramaniyam ([protected]) never respond to customer calls and always he wanted the customer to visit for even very small works, which can be resolved simply by answering the calls. From the day of his transfer to this branch, he feels that he is doing favour to the customers by working here. The landline number ([protected]) also never answered to any calls. Even if the business documents submitted on time, it never gets updated to the system without personal visit to the bank atleast 2 to 3 times. Since the head of the bank branch behave irresponsive, rest staff also follow the same pattern. But everybody says they are very busy and less staff at branch. Looks to be all nonperforming personals are being dumped in to this branch. Please do necessary correction at the earliest.
The previous manager mr. Jayashankar ([protected]) was very cooperative and with helping nature. I am sure during his tenure, the customers were happy and also the bank might have grown much better. Need such personal as branch head for better growth. Was this information helpful? |
