While making two transactions 15th september 2017 through sbi atm, i was not sure about the exact amount in my bank account. So i entered an amount 2 times which was higher than the amount in my bank account. Thereafter i entered a lower amount and was able to make the transaction.
Next day on 18th sep-2017, when i checked my account statement, i realised that sbi has deducted rs 24.60 rs (2-times) which a remark saying "insufficient balance atm decline charges". I was shocked to see that they have deducted charges for entering an amount higher than the available amount while making an atm transaction, which is so lame as a person does not always remember the exact amount in his/her bank account.
What is this??? Are you taking money from us which was not taken by dr. Vijay malya?
I already mailed sbi about the issue but they did not reply back. Therefore, i request consumer complaints to help me resolve the issue at the earliest.
