I have a saving account in State Bank of India. I have submitted an application to the bank in order to upgrade my old ATM card as they will replace the old card and give me a new chip debit card. I have applied on June 2017 and 01 June 2017 they deduct money from my bank account of Rs. 229 but till now not yet received any information or my new card. When asked to the bank service manager she informed me it is taking long time. I have informed to check and they informed me that the application has been cancelled and need to apply for it once again. I have unhappy about this service really stupid service.
