I have made a transaction through UPI (*99#)(Via UPI Registered mobile number ) on 02 July 2017 at 12:43:29 (approximately) but transaction got success and amount has been debited from my Account but not added into the Destination account. I buyed a mobile by my card swiping in pos machine, the amount was debitted at that moment on 19th april 2017, but on 2nd june the amount debitted again.i have gave a written complain to my bank manager but no action has been taken yet

Sir I applied for the new debit card of State Bank of India on may of this year but upto now i didn't get any of the resolution about my Debit card

I deposited my SBI cheque on 09/06/17 in SBI branch Birsingpur Pali district Umaria MP ( Pincode: 484551) in account of Rama Rajak (A/C: [protected]) but still the cheque has not been collected in my account.
I request you to take quick action to solve this issue.
