Against my ATM Gold Card [protected] issued on 08/12 valid till 08/17 a new Platinum Card bearing no [protected] attempted to activate through ATM ID S 10 I[protected] on 18/06/17 the transction number 8758 was promptly acknowledged stating that OTP will be received by SMS on my registered mobile no [protected] which has not yet been received inspite of talking to toll free no[protected] advising to SMS the last 4 digits of the card and last 4 digits of the account no to 567676 on 19/6/17 sending a
txn no PS[protected].In reply to my mail to contract centre asking a small clarification was sent as :[protected]@gmail.com

Thank you for your reply dated 21st June, 2017. I do hold Residential saving bank Account bearing No. [protected] for which the new ATM card need to be used holding for want of OTP as explained in me correspondences and efforts.The Mobile number registered with the home branch is :[protected], Hope
all your queries stands replied.
