[Resolved] State Bank Of India [SBI] — Waive off the finance charges | |
Sub: finance Charges waive-off This is reference to my sbi Bank Credit Card No 5172 XXXX XXXX 3548. I have received my credit card statement dated 19.05.2021. I noticed that finance Charges Rs. 1843 + gst fee. and late payment fees Rs. 1100 + gst fee and Annual card fees Rs. 500 + Gst Fee. I was affected by corona and in quarantine for 15 days so i am not able to pay by bill on time. After 2 days only i paid my due nearly 27500. I am using more than 5 years of this no delay in the payment made. this is first time of delay payment and requested for Waive off. I have spend more money in that quarantine for my medical expenses. So request you to sbi credit card customer care for waive off finance Charges fee and Late payment fees and Annual Fees.
