State Bank Of India [SBI] — We lost our demand draft a year ago and from last month we have indemnity letter along with the letter of request for refund

Its been one year that we lost our draft and its been more than 1 month that we have asked for refund from the branch sangaria in hanumangarh district in rajasthan. We have submitted all tge documents required by the bank manager. It seems bank manager is willingly no doing his duty there were. More than 8 drafts which were made by aman godara, ankush godara, and ojus godara. Sir please look into the matter as soon aspossible
