Dear sbi,
I would like to inform you that i visited at sbi branch at noida sector-18 (Uttar pradesh) on 8th aug'17. I deposited my cash (Inr 11000/-) in this branch. At the same day at evening i received a call from cashier (Ashish) that i didn't give him the cash and he withdraw my money. When i asked him next day why you withdraw my money, he said that i dint give him the money. Then i went to the branch manager, and told him full incidence and asked him to check cctv footage but he told me that he didn't have the password right there and asked me to come after 2 days.
I visited again after 2 days but his answer was the same. Then i visited after some days i have visited 6-7 times but he was still making excuses that he told me that cctv footage is showing that i didn't hive him the money. When i asked him to show me that cctv footage he denied to show me.
After this i called to sbi customer (Complaint no. [protected]) on 22nd aug'17 care and told all this incidence, the associate asked me to go to branch once again but branch manager and team were solving my problem. I called sbi customer care once again for the same this time the associate asked me to resolve this problem within 10 days but the problem have not been solved yet.
Kindly do needful in this case as i supposed that sbi a trusted brand but after seeing this pathetic customer service i too sad to believe in.
I am attaching my passbook and deposit slip which i received that day after deposit my money.
