State Bank Of India [SBI] — withdrawal amt not received from atm machine

Dear sir/madan pl note, amount rs.10000 withdrawn from my acct no-[protected] on dtd 12.08.2017 at 6.00 pm through idb atm id008701. Txn #[protected] at bhel chauk nigdi pune 411044. I have not received said amount but transaction was completed successfully sms recd on my mobile no [protected] on 8.57 pm. So please check & reverse said amount to my account (Acct-[protected]) as early as possible, pl do the needful.
