I am a SBI Credit Card holder and I wanted to cancel my credit card account with SBI so I called up your customer care number[protected]
After half an hour I got to speak to an executive and he said he will take my request. After a minute of discussion he told he is transferring my call to accounts department without giving me my cancellation request number or ticket number.
I am attaching the screen shot of on going call for your reference and still your piano music is running on my phone.
I just want to know what kind of customer care do you run, don't you know to value the time of customer.
I need to know the standards of credit card customer care and SBI credit card customer care is maintaining it or not.
I called from my registered mobile number only. If possible value my time.
I agree I can win with your customer care service and now it's 1 hour 10 minutes and I am hanging up my call.
I need a serious explanation and compensation
