State Bank Of India [SBI] — worst customer service/inappropriate rules fixed by branch

Hi sir/madam, my name is srinivasan a [[protected]; [protected]@gmail.com], from chennai. I have sbi account in taramani branch, chennai.in an emergency situation[protected], i need of money and i requested my father to deposit amount of rs. 50000 [fifty thousand only] to my account from gingee branch. He approached the bank and enquired the bank staff regarding the deposit charge. The staff has replied that "the deposit amount should not exceeds 25000 [twenty five thousand only] per day for an account". He asked many times, but the bank did not accept it and my dad came out from bank and informed me. I was shocked and called to sbi customer service and they clearly said there is no limit to deposit from anywhere (Even from outside of chennai). I stuck with this irresponsible response by the bank [gingee] branch. This is not the first time. Even for many times for any kind of enquiries they [sbi - gingee branch] are not response properly and they set their own rules without obeying government act. I saw lively people are suffering a lot by this irresponsible behaviour by the staff from this branch and i experienced personally many times. So, i request the complaint department should bravely take action against the behaviour of the staffs from this particular branch. Many branches from the rural area are facing this same issues.
