State Bank Of India [SBI] — Wrong charges debited

Dear Sir / Madam,

My home loan account was wrongly debited twice from your end against Late EMI charges on 10th Oct'16 & Nov'16,
I submitted reversal request in the month of Oct'16 but reversal has been done ( for only one transaction ) on the same day ( after six months ) when i personally approached your branch manager on 4th Mar'17.

Please let me know the status of other transaction, can i expect reversal of it after another six months ?
