[Resolved]  State Bank Of India [SBI] — wrong over limit charges applied

This is atri bhattacharyya, reg mobile no is [protected], and card no ends with 6826 and my dob is[protected].
Sbi given limit on my card is 10000/-, but every month they charged rs-590/- for over limit.
Now my question is if they provide me 10000 they why they allow over usages??
And funny thing is they only allow minimum rupees like 1, 2 rupees and if you take this credit they will charge 590/-
They charged my on 17th feb 2018 and 9th april 2018.
Please help me to waive these charge or else am unable to pay the current money.

Mere pass KAL ek number se call Aaya ush nai Mera arm number cheat laikr fraud Kiya or mere bank Mai se 10000 rs lai liye please help me... Ish Jaise logo pakdvane Mai help kare
