Sub:request for refund of rs 4196.50. Date of incident: 23.06.2017. I was booking my ticket through irctc from new delhi to sealdah on 23.06.2017 in 12314/sealdah rajdhani exp. The ticket was not booked but the above said amount was debited from my savings account. Bank statement and the receipt of irctc is attached for your ready reference. Help me plz.

Updated by senarindam2 As my complain had been marked as Resolved. How? I did not get my money back into my account. Please explain me how you all had marked it as resolved.
