My credit card ending with 7101 march month payment is 38753 but as per em it is 22911. Why they are charging extra. No clarity i have done full payment charges of 38753 but april month bill nothing is mentioned for this extra paid charges and where they utilizing this amount no explation if i will pay 22911 total emi then they will put extra finance charges i want explanation about this etra charges and where they adjusting charges. April month bill is 17389. As per norm we have to pay for emi and gst aplicable to that emi but no extra charges i written bank nodal officer but no proper reply also call customer care but same situation

Dear Sir, NET Campus branch manager is refuse to give against gold loan. My savings and current account is in this branch only. What felicity is given to the customer. you verify my present running payments. HDFC Plot Loan, HDFC Two wheeler loan and Newly Sundaram Finance Car also i have taken.

    Dear sir i am in frustration by your attitude i get offer by sbi credit card department call for application several times as latest on Saturday from number [protected] and confirm that sure to issue credit card after documents collection i get call severl time in past form one or two year but documents never collected by sbi credit card representative as sbi card hit my cibil 12 times for crdit card some times with wrong address which get damaged my cibil by enquiry in cibil which impact negative in my cibil reprot as i have a saving account current account and a car loan account with sbi after all that i am facing this type of srevice with sbi i need solutions as soon as possible in this regard otherwise i have to go in rbi and consumer forum due to your civil enquiries some enquiries twice in a day as you can see in my cibil report and now i am not able to apply any other bank for credit card and other loan besause of your several enquiries why you enquiries cibil if you don't collect documents and process credit card application i want explanation and solutions i have sbi current ac saving ac and a car loan ac with sbi after all that sbi not treating his costomer even i go for nodal mr rahul r reguarding credit card and cibil report damaged by sbi cc dept but nothing is happen still waiting Thank you Reguards Deepak Kumar Gupta M - [protected]

      Hi, it it all about major dis-satisfaction against sbi fraught customer care service and cheating with customers. With the zero balance, i closed my credit card online / with customer support dept. And asking for noc against the same . Stereo type c/care executives are only killing time, explaining that, within 7 to 10 days i will get hard copy of noc at my reg. Address as well as at my reg.E- mail address also. Ref. Comp. Nos. Are as follows :[protected] dtd 13.02.18,[protected] dtd. 13.03.18,[protected] dtd. 22.03.18, dtd. 07.04.18 and[protected] dtd. 21.04.18 . Till date ( 25.04.18 ) its not done.         i, manu bharadwaj m a having a SB account number in SBI, Chinar Shopping Complex, Srinagar, have lost my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mob number to [protected]

          Dear team,

          Kindly help me to recover my money back from investment intermedi, because many times rs.117has been debited from my account saying transferred to investment intermedi and i really dont have any clue what company is dis. And i never invested any amount in my whole life on such companies. Its really horrible. Its totally fraud. We earn money in the month and unecessarily the amount is debited which we dont know. Its really harassing and it is effecting damn badly to us because we are below poverty line and we earn on daily basis. Debiting such amount we cannot effort. So kindly look in this matter on asap basis. Waiting for precious feed back or reply.

            I have purchased a LG washing machine6Kg Sl.No. WTAS711PFSY008038IN
            from ur Reliance digital store Kayamkulam Kerala on 29/1/2018 vide sales ord No.[protected] Rt[protected] dt 28/1/2018(Name Code[protected] and delivery note No.[protected] dt 29/1/2018. That time there was 5% cash back offer for SBI debit cards. My remitted the amount Rs.24584/- thr SBI card . But that 5% cash not yet credited my sbi account. Hence I request that necessary steps may be taken for the same at the earliest.

              Sir myself Mr Dilbag Singh. My Ac No is [protected], on 7 Mar 18, I has taken loan of an amt to Rs 400, 000. 00 from SBI Subroto Park, Delhi. Installment for the same has been deducted from my Ac on 7 Apr 18 of Rs 8929.00 that is not issue.. Issue is that bank has been deducted an amt of Rs 2200.00 against any insurance without info to me or ask to me. Sir kindly resolve the issue and return the amt to me, pls..it is very big amt for me

              Respected sir, I has taken loan of an amt of Rs 400, 000.00 from SBI Subroto Park New Delhi on 7 Mar 18. Bank has been deducted an amt of Rs 2200.00 from my Ac on 31 Mar 18 and when I inquired the same the bank rep told me that they has deducted the amt for insurance for which I never been intimated and informed..Sir kindly resolved the issue and return the amt to me..my Ac No is [protected].                 On date 24 april 2018 from my credit debited 26000.00 rupees by unknown person. Without my knowledge. So there is theft of 26000.00 from my card.
                So pl. Arrange to refund my amount.

                  Money transfer from my credit card to www oxigenwallet com gurgaon
                  I got a phone call thru # at 11.30 hrs 22-sep-2017 ; he introduce herself as sbi bank credit etc. And asked the credit card card no. But i refused to say my card details. And they forced me from that day onward i am unable to login my account and received otp which says 4000rs + 4000rs debited from my card. Immediately i tried to contact sbi credit card but its always waiting pool for my no nearly 30 mins. And unable to contact alter receive messages also form sbi. But they debited amount from my credit card without any information.
                  After statement received then only i came to know the amount is debited without my knowledge. That transaction is fully cheated and not initiated by me there is no relation ship with www oxigenwallet com gurgaon. The same company cheated lot of people and they complaint already but even though bank not taken any action or block particular company.
                  Please guide me what to do. I.

                        sbi credit card fraud transaction settlement

                        Dear Team,

                        With reference to the previous mails and information, I want to settle the amount of disputed transaction of Rs. 8000/-, but as my new card information already shared with someone, bank also has to bear part amount i.e. Rs. 4000/- and also has to waive of all my interest.

                            On 21/04/2018 when I reach customer counter and give my documents on that time the behaviour of the accountant of sbi branch kankinara is not proper he behaved like a domenent person and spoke rude word from me. The account of kankinara branch always behave rudely from to all customers. This kind of manners is not suitable for your company's future. I hope you will take this complain as a serious matter and take proper action against the accountant as soon as possible. I shall be obliged for you collaboration and immediate action.

                              I had been doing a transaction of 810.50 to HPCL for booking of gas refill on SBI-epay Gateway on 07.02.2018. During processing of payment, SBI-epay gateway got hanged. Amount of Rs. 810.50 was deducted from my account but booking was not done. I have waited for my refund for more than one month but same is not refunded till date.

                                  Am a savings account holder o[censored]ttorayan, Siliguri.Branch, my account credentials are mentioned below. While attempting to withdraw a cash of Rs.10000 through Punjab National Bank ATM on 14th April'18(Saturday) amount not dispensed however my account got deducted immediately.                                     Even after having an on time credit history from 2009 (The date i was issued sbi credit card) to june 2017, i and my family are being mentally harassed with threatening calls from sbi credit card department for not settling the fraudulent transactions/amount of rs. 46, 643.85 made from my sbi credit card on 29th april 2017.

                                    On 29th april 2017 evening, i suddenly started getting many notification sms from sbi credit card about various random international transactions. I never got any otp message for any of them. I had immediately reported sbi credit card and chargeback dispute team at sbi about the fraud transactions. My card was immediately blocked. Even after blocking, i was getting many failed transaction attempts in various currencies at various random places.

                                    My statement was generated on 22nd may 2017 in which there were 3 fraud transactions amounting rs. 44, 841.01. The description said that the transactions held in oklahoma in usa (Usd), kraków in poland (Gbp) and california in usa (Usd). There were also fc markup, st, sbc and kkc for these transactions amounting rs. 1802.84, which totals to rs. 46, 643.85 with fraud transactions. The transactions from statement are as follows:

                                    29-apr-17 01, 606.96 inr (025.00 usd) ftc*feed the children[protected] ok
                                    29-apr-17 16, 115.07 inr (194.01 gbp) taiwangun.com krakow pol
                                    30-apr-17 27, 118.98 inr (421.90 usd) the scooter farm[protected] ca

                                    There was another fraud transaction in the statement held in queensland in australia (In aud) according to the statement, but this was reversed in the statement itself. The details of this transaction is as follows:

                                    30-apr-17 23, 999.68 inr (497.49 aud) scooter hut burleigh head qld

                                    I made a payment of rs. 29, 137 on 12th june 2017 towards expenses incurred by me and kept following up for the reversal of the remaining amount towards fraud transactions. The charge back dispute team said that they were not successful in reversing the fraud charges of rs. 46, 643.85 to my account. And since then, i have been pressurised, mentally harassed for close to an year now to settle the charges - which were not incurred by me. I have submitted email proofs to sbi about my communication with transaction dispute team but it has led to no result - i have been given false promises by sbi that the account will be settled by sbi, that i would no longer be bothered but nothing such has been done by sbi. Today, together with the late fees, financial charges and tax amounts - rs. 46, 643.85 has become rs. 74, 487.72 and i am being harassed to settle the charges immediately.

                                    I have been continuously calling and mailing sbi ([protected]@sbicard.com, [protected]@sbicard.com and [protected]@sbicard.com) to settle these amounts and they have been giving me false hopes that it will be settled, but in reality they have sent recovery agents to my home many times and i had to explain them every time, they have called me many times and every time i had to explain them again, and recently they have started calling my parents, and spoke to them in very loud and rude way and threatened them about confiscating my passport and spoiling my credit history so that i never get any loan or credit card from any bank. They also called my sister and asked her about whereabouts. I have already broken down many times because of all this behaviour. Therefore, i am posting in the national consumer forum for justice. Sbi should reverse all the fraud charges, stop the harassment, clear any damage done to my cibil score, and apologise for their unprofessional behaviour.

                                    This is utter unprofessionalism and injustice by sbi where they are appointing rowdy bullies to even call parents and threaten them for fraud transactions which should have been reversed by them immediately. I am wondering about justice, law and order situation in india. Is there any law to safeguard customer rights and dignities? Is there any law to prevent companies like sbi to harass its customers in anyway they feel like?

                                    295 has been deducted from my account two times. I want my money back.i never invest my money anywhere.stop this service immediately.you have to return my money in my account.i do not know what type of this investment. I never started this type of investment.

                                      A/c no : [protected], a/c holder name : mrs. Priti w/o mr. Sunil kumar. There is 2 fraud transaction amount of rs. 10, 000/- each has been debited from my above account on april 19, 2018 which i had not done. I got 2 sms on my mobile number, hence i came to know about this. Please check and help me to get the amount back to my account number. Please check and resolve the issue as soon as possible..                                       I am not an account holder in sbi bank but still recieving messages regarding debit and credit to my mobile number.

                                      I have applied the credit card many time with SBI, but again & again card was declined. We don't get the proper information why card was declined.

                                      I m already using the 2 card of Axis bank, One housing loan. two personal loan.

                                      Never i had charge of late fee, Over due, late payment ETC. No EMI bounce till date.
