I had done an online transaction on[protected] at around 8:30 am through Yono lite SBI app for Sending 1000 Rs to a Bank of Baroda account which I had already added as a beneficery account. But the amount has never been credited to that account but the 1000 have been debited from my account. I made an online complaint on that day and got a ticket number that is[protected]. My transaction number is[protected].
But today on[protected] At around 10:15 I got an email saying my problem is resolved and the money has been credited to the beneficiary account. But its not been credited yet.
So, I request you to kindly look into it.
And solve my problem as soon as possible.
