State Bank of India — unavailability of employees at passbook print counter from 4-5 days

Their is no one employee present at passbook printing counter. What sbi really want to do for us. Because pass book print machine is already close from few days and senior citizen comming regularly for it and branch tell ' aaj aadmi nahi hai'. Sir i m requesting you plz take it seriously. And provide us better service and support
